Who is OpenMedical for?+
For anyone who wants their health in order, without the hassle. Whether you're focused on prevention, managing a long-term condition, or just tired of booking check-ups, chasing doctors, and tracking down lost medical records, we take care of it all.
What happens after I buy a membership?+
First, you give us some basic information about your health. Your coordinator prepares your medical history for the initial consultation with your doctor. Your doctor then suggests a health plan and, if needed, recommends the right specialists or tests. Your coordinator takes care of appointments, paperwork, and organising your care. Before your membership renews, you get a Yearly Health Review with your results and a plan for the next 12 months.
Are you a clinic yourselves?+
No. OpenMedical is a healthcare coordination service. We help you organise care across doctors, clinics, labs, and other providers, and keep your medical history in one clear place.
Does my insurance cover it?+
You pay for OpenMedical membership yourself. Individual visits, tests, or other services may be covered by public health insurance if the provider has a contract with your insurer and the service qualifies. Your coordinator tells you about any cost or co-payment before confirming an appointment.
How do you choose your doctors?+
We choose doctors based on their expertise, experience, specialty, and how they treat patients. For every client, we also look for the doctor who best fits their specific situation and needs.
