Short answers to common questions

Ask us anything. Here are the ones we hear most.

Who is OpenMedical for?+

For anyone who wants one team to make sense of their health, whether they're staying ahead on prevention, managing a long-term condition, or simply getting more out of life.

What happens after I buy a membership?+

First, you share a few details about your health. Your coordinator prepares everything so your doctor is ready for your first visit. Through the year your doctor leads your care and brings in specialists when needed, while your coordinator handles booking and admin. Before each renewal you get a written Yearly Health Review with year-on-year results and your plan for the next 12 months.

Are you a clinic?+

No. We coordinate your care across vetted partner doctors and labs. One contact, one plan, one record.

Are you covered by my insurance company or VZP?+

Membership itself is private. Specific services at partner clinics may be covered where the clinic has a public-insurance contract; your coordinator shows the full breakdown before each visit.

How do you choose your partner doctors?+

We vet them ourselves: credentials, outcomes, and how they actually communicate. You only meet doctors we'd send our own family to.
